Well, this took a very long time to happen, but finally, Google has decided to stop treating a few more countries as second class Android citizens.

I've been thinking for a while about writing something for Android using Shiva, but one of the things that held me back was the inability to use the standard app store to earn an income. The only option for those of us outside the original select countries, was to use one of those exploitative services that took a big percentage simply to act as a middle-man for the have-not's, or to try to sell our wares on our own websites, making it hard to even get noticed.

Success is not guaranteed and in fact, I'm probably going to be swept away in the flood of fart apps that will gush forth now that some of the pressure has been released...
